I, his eldest daughter have just discovered the reality of neurodivergence with my own official identification and a new special interest. My life has been transformed. My Beautiful Mum

In Memory of my beautiful mum Shirley. A beautiful soul who despite her struggles and challenges in life, still made the effort to be there for others. I was diagnosed shortly after I lost my mum. I always struggled in life, not realising I was 'High Masking' and so never knew my true self. It was the emotional trauma of losing my mum (also autistic) that revealed my own autism fully. She was the only person who truly understood and supported me. I miss her with ALL of my heart every day 🤍🪽

A treasured son ,brother , and friend to many. Diagnosed at 42 as highly functioning. Went back to Uni at 40, graduated with 1st Class Honours, Prosthetics and Orthotics.Worked as Orthotist at the Orthopaedic Hospital in Oswestry, U K.for four years. The hospital created an Eric Stephani Memorial Garden there so that he will never be forgotten. Said by friends, colleagues as "the kindest, nicest person ".He loved to climb mountains in his Welsh home .Dearly loved and sorely missed.
